Welcome to SweepAi Cleaner. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SweepAi Cleaner mobile application ("App") provided by SweepAi Cleaner ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

SweepAi Cleaner provides tools to help you manage your iPhone storage, including identifying large files, surfacing unused app data, and offering optional photo/video compression to save space.

2. License and Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App on your iOS device for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. User Responsibilities & File Management

Manual Confirmation: The App identifies potential clutter, but the final decision to delete or compress any file rests solely with you. You must review files before confirming any permanent actions.

Data Backup: While we strive for "Intelligent Confidence," we strongly recommend maintaining a backup (via iCloud or other means) of your cherished photos and videos. We are not responsible for any accidental loss of data resulting from your use of the App.

Hardware Compatibility: Performance may vary based on your device model and the amount of data stored.

4. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is our core principle. As outlined in our Privacy Policy, SweepAi Cleaner processes your data 100% on-device. We do not host, store, or have access to your personal files, photos, or videos.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App (excluding your personal files) are the exclusive property of SweepAi Cleaner and its licensors. You may not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT IT WILL RECLAIM A SPECIFIC AMOUNT OF STORAGE SPACE.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
